She made the urge while talking to high level officials present at her Ganabhaban official residence here prior to starting the second meeting of the Bangladesh High-Tech Park Authority board of governors.
Her appeal to stop decorative lighting to save power came in view of the increasing trend of price of fuel necessary to generate power due to the Russia-Ukraine war and the sanctions imposed on Russia by the USA and Europe.
