Bangabandhus books featured on Korean TV, Two books of Father of the Nation Banga-bandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman were featured on KBS, a public broadcasting station of the Republic of Korea. On October 21, KBS 1 Television (TV) introduced Banga-bandhu’s autobiography ‘The Unfinished Memoirs’ and official biography- ‘Bangabandhu, The People’s Hero’, which were published in Korean and translated version through a special documentary titled ‘Reading Culture in Young Koreans’, said a press release here today.

At this time, a scene from the Book Launching Ceremony of ‘The Unfinished Memoirs’, which was held at the Lotte Hotel in Seoul to commemorate the 100th anniversary of Banga-bandhu’s birth, was also broadcast.

The documentary explained that these books served as an introduction to Bangladesh’s Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman to the Republic of Korea. Morae-al LLC, a startup that succeeded in publishing Bangabandhu’s books in Korea, said that it will continue to make efforts to introduce Bangladesh to Korea through various media.
It also said, in particular, the coming 2023 will be a meaningful year for both countries as it will mark the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic ties between Korea and Bangladesh. The members of Morae-al LLC announced that they plan to focus on the history of Bangladesh’s struggle for ‘freedom’ and ‘sovereignty’ and the remarkable achievements of its economic development.
