President embarks for 4-day Kishoreganj visit tomorrow, President M Abdul Hamid will go to his village home at Mithamain of Kishore-ganj district tomorrow on a four-day visit to attend several programs. “The President will leave Dhaka for Kishore-ganj tomorrow (Monday) on a four-day tour to inspect several ongoing developments works at Mithamain, Austagram, and Itna Upazilas of the district,” his press secretary Md Joynal Abedin told.

The president will also have a series of view-exchange meetings with local representatives, professional bodies and civil society members, he said. The helicopter, carrying the President and his entourage, will depart for Kishore-ganj around 3:30 pm tomorrow. After reaching Mithamain, he will be given a guard of honor at Mithamain Dak Bungalow around 4 pm, according to program schedule.
The Head of the State will spend nights at his ancestral residence at Kamalpur of Mithamain Upazila during the visit. President Hamid is scheduled to return to Dhaka on Thursday (August 25) afternoon.Tight security measures have been taken in Kishore-ganj centering the President’s visit there.
