Dhaka, 29 November 2024 – The 28th Executive Committee of the BCS Administration Cadre has been officially formed, with Jamila Shabnam, Muhammad Hasnat Morshed Bhuiyan, and Khandaker Mushfiqur Rahman taking on key leadership roles.

The election, conducted through online voting from November 27 to 28, saw participation from 191 out of 201 eligible members. A total of 17 committee members were elected to serve a two-year term from 2024 to 2026.

Jamila Shabnam was elected as President, while Muhammad Hasnat Morshed Bhuiyan secured the position of General Secretary unopposed. Khandaker Mushfiqur Rahman emerged as Vice President-1 with the highest 138 votes, joined by Suborna Sarkar as Vice President-2.
Other notable appointments include Md. Abdullah Al Mahmud as Organizing Secretary, Mamun Al Faruq as Treasurer, and Dipak Kumar Roy as Sports and Culture Secretary.
The new committee is expected to lead initiatives and programs fostering the professional and organizational development of the BCS Administration Cadre.
